New Website- New Blog
I have been working with buyers and sellers in Midcoast Maine since 1985. Windjammer Realty opened its doors in 2005 with one concept. Offer lower commissions to our sellers and provide full service. Our concept has been a rousing sucess since the inception and is growing every year. Word of mouth advertising has been our biggest sales person.
Since 2005 we have updated our website twice and now we just launched a new site. I never had a blog with my previous website but felt with the huge increase in social networking, it would be appropriate to add this to the information I provide to both buyers and sellers.
I have updated monthly the real estate statistics (on website under buyer tab) and activity in the midcoast since 2003 and I hear all the time from buyers and sellers how important this information is in making key real estate decisions. The statistics are located under the “Buyers” drop down box. There is historic information for Knox, Lincoln and Waldo Counties along with monthly update of current information.
